So I usually get a sportsman's package here in Idaho, and have been mulling about the idea of doing some spring bear hunting. I live in the Pocatello area, and was thinking of hunting in units 66a or 76. I'm clueless to bear hunting, and would be spot and stalking, so I was wondering if anyone has seen bears in these areas or no? I looked at F&G harvest statistics, and noticed there weren't huge numbers taken in these units, but figured I might still give it a go. Thanks in advance!
