Wyoming Spring Black Bear?

Can anyone educate me on this one? I’ve been looking around WYGFD website and can’t find much besides season dates and sow quota per unit.

Any help would be much appreciated

What else do you need? Shot the black ones, best hunts are usually away from the big brown ones. Some areas have great color phase bears and some areas have tons of bears and can be great hunts. Watch quota and check your bear when you get him. Good luck

I’m wondering if it’s a draw tag? I’ve never seen odds on them, Wyo doesn’t do OTC as far as I know so how do I get one?
Do I need points, etc?
About how many do they give in a spring?
Has anybody on HT hunted spring bear in the bighorns? I’d be most interested in hunting in one of those units but not sure if it’s worth it?

Bear is over the counter, so no points. Season closed after "Annual Female Mortality Limit" is reached.
