Ha anyone hunted CO GMU 009?

So, through a hook up I garnered at the Sportsman Show looks like I will be privy to a buck hunt on a ranch in GMU 009. I know it is a good sized unit but any experiences on what to expect population and quality wise? Needless to say I am pretty excited about the chance....
 
I don't know what the ranch is like, but there are quality bucks to be found in that unit as it's entirely private land. I've seen some great deer pics in real estate listings there. Go for it...
 
Never been but good luck! With most of the land north of fort Collins private, I'm sure their are some good bucks to be had!
 
The really funny part is that I will be only a few miles away from my hunting buddy's , CPO, house. I should be able to run my full cooler by his house and maybe share a little on the way out ;)
