Caught a mess of tulibee last week here in MN. For those not familiar with tulibee they are basically a cisco or a whitefish, very oily and very tasty smoked. Well when you have 50+ fish that are now smoked you start playing with ideas on what to do with them. So I took a recipe with a couple modifications and it has turned out great! So here is something to do with your smoked fish if you are looking for something tasty!

1 lb smoked fish (trout, whitefish, rough fish)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 tbs dill (fresh is best)
1/2 chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbs pepper

Pull the smoked fish apart and remove all bones mix it all together let meld together in fridge overnight (this lets the smoky flavor of the fish meld with the cream cheese).
Serve on a cracker and enjoy!
