Any incite on how the PST's compare to leupold VX 3's? I have a 4.5-14 so was looking for a PST 6-24 but they're hard to find. Seems like the PST would be an upgrade from the VX3. Mostly concerned with light transmission and clarity.

My brother has the 6-24x50 pst and has used my 4-16x50 viper hs and says he loses a lot the first and last 30mins of the day. With that being said not sure if that matters to you as much as the 24. The lower power is important to me because I hunt in woods that has tight a canopy.
