We used his pozole recipe with pheasant after listening to him on your podcast. Great stuff. Not sure I’ve ever made a better soup with wild game. Or any animal for that matter.

You know who makes a good Pazole...none other than Sir John Cushman!

Also I just ordered Hank's cookbook. I'm curious to see what he's got in there.
