Hello all... just wanted to drop a quick thank you note to Randy, and the rest of you. I’ve been hunting my whole life, the hard way, mostly by myself.
Last season I used many of the tools and philosophies we all see Randy use in nearly every episode.... and had a very successful season, probably my best ever. Best part is... I was able to do it all, and used 0 points in CO.... in fact, I actually gained points.
I researched using GoHunt, DrawOdds, and CO’s public stars to identify easy to acquire tags. Then, used Google Earth and OnX maps to identify access to “sanctuary areas” for October Bulls.... and to find small areas where I could access some excellent Mule Deer holes come November. And Randy’s “finding where they aren’t” silver-lining kept me encouraged when days were slow.
Thanks Randy, for producing a show that entertains, educates, and empowers.... and that I can watch with my kids.
