Hello everyone!
With the spring quickly approaching, that means hunting seasons are coming up as well. We teamed up with the National Wild Turkey Federation to create a layer that overlays 23,000 record submissions from their members and displays an interactive heatmap to show those trophy records by county. Additional layers can be toggled to filter the data by weight, beard, and spur length. Conservation is at the heart of this partnership and we're excited for the awareness it raises for this popular species. There are many uses for this layer from people looking to complete their Grand Slam or just to research that information for your own curiosity. This layer is free for any user; whether you have Premium, Elite, or are just using the Basic version! It is found in the Map Layers menu, in the Nationwide Layers tab, under the Hunt section.
