Any ram with a bow, let alone a recurve, is a trophy. Hell, I'd be happy with any ram with my rifle. Congrats.

Mostly a state of extreme excitement for the whole time. (CO) If I could have had just a bit more sheepy maturity I could have had my best with a bow, instead of my smallest with a bow... But I'm really thankful I made such a terrible shot and still got him at all. I can still see that arrow fishtailing wildly and sticking him right in the butt, it was not my finest moment.
He is on the upper left, his name is Rambo, but damn those two smashing heads were a LOT bigger...

squirrel you are doing alright in the big game department. No doubt about that.
I do know that sick feeling when you see an arrow land in the wrong place like that. Happened to me with a cow elk. I was not so lucky as you were. It happens and that one still haunts me.
