Thanks for all the info guys, now i just need to get drawn and it sounds like a really fun hunt whether i fill the tag or not!

I have a stupid question . When it says apply by March 15th does that mean the 14th is the last day to apply or close of business on the 15th ?
Also does a preference point help you get drawn for the year you apply ... Like if I forked over the 625 plus a licensee AND got a preference point would that help my odds for this season ?

Have until midnight on the 15 . Pref point helps u this year
