Yesterday was my first time trying ice fishing. A friend of a friend had all the gear, he brought it over and we got all set up. It was a beautiful day, ice was 10". Kept 103 fish, all bluegill with 7 largemouth mixed in. The bass were caught on minnows with tip ups, bluegill was on wax worms we caught on short rods. It was a great day, except the cleaning of fish afterwards.
