Is anyone aware of any studies that point to hunting's cumulative (or annual) financial impact to wildlife conservation? This would include the summation of money raised through licenses sales, Pittman-Robertson and Dingell Johnson, hunter based conservation organizations, etc. I'm curious to see what the breakdown is between what hunters contribute to wildlife conservation versus what the general public contributes. I believe that having numbers to back up claims that hunters are the predominant conservationists would help in my discussions with non-hunting friends and acquaintances.
