New year brings new hope & new Rules & Regulations.
Quick look shows real State tags used again that are affixed to animal,and the printed Lic.
Looks like NMG&F will mail peel & stick tags for BG & Turkeys.
$5k fine for wonton waste....now if they can just catch & prosecute some.

I like that you can donate your license to youth, veteran or resident first responder. I have turned in 2 licenses in 35 years do to circumstances.

Brother in law got hit with kidney stones 4 day before season and was hospitalized. Tried to donate his and couldn't. May have been lack of time.
But if I were offered a tag the day before the season, I would have a hard time saying no.

This is my vote for what is best in what's new!

I'm still pissed at a guide I ran into in Ruidoso that claimed you didn't need to get ANY neck meat of his client's bull. It was 75% of neck meat and now it is all.
