Meat Slicer Recommendation?

Over the last 5 or so years I've been acquiring good quality meat processing equipment. I have a good LEM meat grinder and sausage stuffer. Next thing I want to upgrade is a good quality meat slicer. I'm looking for something that isn't your typical $60-80 mostly plastic slicer. I want something that is mostly metal and will last. Looking for around a 9" blade or better. I don't want to break the bank, but I do want quality and something that will last. Willing to spend up to $300. Does anyone have any recommendations?

It took me a few months but after watching Craigslist I found a Hobart for $200 And it's worth every penny. Besides jerky slicing I paper thin cut raw venison and vaccum seal it for Italian style beef and stir fry
