Garmin rino 650T

I received one of these for Christmas ... anyone have any feedback on them?

Couple questions...
Does onX work with it
Is it a decent unit for hunting
Are there Andy pros or cons to that specific model?

I may return it and spend the money elsewhere but thought I’d ask some opinions before I return it

We have hunted with them for a few years now in New England. Yes you can get an onX chip for them (I plan on buying one for an upcoming trip to MT this fall). THe beauty of these units is the waypoint sharing and position updating if you are hunting with other people using Rino radios. The two-way radio itself is not the best but the combination is real nice. On the other hand if you are the only person in a group with a rino or hunt solo I think a Montana or Oregon are better options. Let me know if you have any specific questions as I an pretty comfortable with the rino
