This video is what inspired me to get a 7mm-08 for my son. Love the information in this video! My son shot his first cow elk recently with his 7mm-08 shooting 140 grain Nosler Partitions.

Mostly just girls, women, and guys named Randy shoot them.

My daughter shoots a 7-08 with 120 grn Noslers. It punches elk shoulders no problem.

I bought a 7MM HT last month and I'm planning on packing it as a spare for my out of state trips. I'd use it for elk. Buzz H. and his family shoot a bunch of elk with the 7mm-08 from what I've gathered reading his stories.
