My binoculars are an older pair of Brunton Eterna 10x42, which does not have a threaded hole for use with a tripod mount. I have no doubt I have missed seeing animals because of shakiness or muscle fatigue. I have tried resting the binoculars on rocks, trees, and trekking poles. Those help, but still aren't as solid as I would like.
Upgrading my binos isn't an option at this time, so I'm hoping some of you could share which tripod mounts you use that don't rely on threading a bolt into the binocular frame.
