Recently joined this forum and have really enjoyed reading about all the successful, not so successful and all hunts in between. I’m sure I️ already know the answer to this question but thought i’d Offer it to a bigger audience. Which would you rather hunt, any Gila NM unit or the best OTC zero preference point unit in Colorado? Don’t want any specific unit in CO named bc I’m not a fan of it on an open forum just in general. I’ve filmed numerous hunts in the Gila in the past and know what I’m getting into regarding those areas. Only a 6% chance for a NR to draw without an Outfitter also. I’m going to apply for NM regardless but wanted a more experienced opinion.
