Of those two I would probably go for 37 since there is a lot more BLM and quite a few private lands enrolled in the Access Yes Programs while the bulk of 120 is Wind River Indian Reservation land that can't be hunted, which leaves just the northern part of the unit that has access. However, the one good thing about 120 even though there is nowhere near as much BLM land is that the season dates are the first half of November where you have a good chance with a lot of the better bucks getting into the rut.
