Yes. Provided the breeding goes as planned, I am first on the list for a male drahthaar pup from a nearby breeder. Litter should hit the ground around the end of April, ready to take home by early summer.
 
Pheasant opener in MT, as well as sharpies & huns. The sage grouse season will have closed, so Miller doesn't have to worry about his pretty little birds. :)

Love it. Am also intrigued with giving myself a heart attack in your canyons chasing chuckar.

Early congrats on the new pup, Jason! That's awesome.
 
Even as a pup he’s always been better looking than me.

20171108_201628_010.jpg These dogs look like they all have pedigrees nttiawt, this is my ugly dog, in his usual repose. If there is room for one more non dog person in idaho next winter, I would be honored to play.
 
These two and their ugly owner aren't much for bird hunting, but when it comes to harassing rabbits, eating deer shit, or finding carcasses, they are the best in the business.

What about ugly owner and semi ugly dog that points well but is mostly interested in running across the state?
 
Handsome dog, ugly owner here. I’m interested in a MT hunt, especially if our trip to Canada doesn’t work out.
