First Bull……E Washington Public Land

Totally pumped! On the 7th day of my 2017 E. Washington PR Bull hunt, I filled my first bull tag! Caught him heading for the steeps shortly after sunrise. 60yd shot with 200g .338 ballistic tip. Very thankful to the guys at camp for helping and sharing this great experience.

Congratulations on a great bull! Did you get him in an 'any bull' area or did you draw a 'branched antler' tag? Just curious how many points you had. I drew a branched bull tag years ago, but can't seem to get another.

I drew WA Bull Elk Tag w/10pts, the GMU is a spike only general season. The Draw Tag gave me 5 extra days before general season hunters started.
