Whitetailer.........congrats on that hunt and the memories that you will hold onto.
My daughter is petite and I was looking tonight at rifles for her in the 243/6MM sizes.
As an easterner I have only used my 30-06 on deer.
For the 200 yard shot on lopes.........how much is needed as the 06' is a bit stout for her shoulder. ( I suppose)
My Ar-15 in 5.56 she does not even feel the recoil so I was looking at 243/25-06 or 6MM
Again.............love to see kids hunting
