2017 Solo Elk

You gotta go get these suckers, don't you? Good work. My heart is in these types of solo hunts -- for the mental battle as much as anything. It's not easy to stick with it in the woods alone, especially when the snow starts to fly.

And I agree, getting out of the sleeping bag is the toughest. (Day after day after day!) Like Groundhog's Day!

Yes... tent w/ stove jack for the WIN! Grats to a great adventure and nice bull to conclude your trek! Making my feet cold just looking at those pics! :)
