    Congratulations to all of you and I agree with your sentiments that hunting with your dad was the most important part.

    You can keep the liver. The "prairie oysters" are pretty good. They taste like soft bacon fat. The nuts and heart are always the first meal... unless it's a heart shot. In such a case the tenderloins are an acceptable substitute.
