Evening Everybody,
I'm a fairly inexperienced hunter currently in NW Florida; grew up hunting Blacktails in Western Washington and will soon be relocating to the San Diego area. I'm excited to get back to the west coast and be in the vicinity of public land even if it is California... I expect I'll be doing a lot of reading and not a lot of posting, always trying to learn a little more and find areas and species to pursue.
Thanks in advance for the help and knowledge,

You are hitting a homerun for weather moving to San Diego! There are big game hunting opportunities there and on some of the islands offshore. And fishing inland and offshore. Humidity is usually quite nice rather than dripping like Florida can be at times near the water. Is a big city with all the good and not so good things that means. Enjoy and look forward to hearing about your adventures. You are next door to Arizona and Nevada so I suggest you begin building points there if plan on hunting the next 20 years as you should be able to draw a few tags as a result.
