I've got some feral hog ribs and quarter rack of bison ribs and a nice little beef brisket point . Apple and post oak wood for smoke.
A little cool and moist this morning so it took the fire a bit to get heat built up and the smoke to clear up to a nice blue draw.

You Colorado folks can answer as you wish to the question in the title.

102F yesterday with ash falling from the sky like snow flurries. Your set up is much better...and tastier...

You're smoke had our valley socked in pretty bad. We got it from Montana , Idaho and farther west.
Keeping all of you in our thoughts and prayers dealing with the catastrophic wildfires.

The meat turned out great. Apple wood is a pain to split but tasty. Finishing up my sea salt today.
