So i am switching to all sitka this year. They have added quite a few options the past few years. So if you were to start over with as few pieces as possible how would you do it?? Looking at upper body only. A bit of info: I will be hunting mid archery season all the way through rifle season (sept 15-dec 1.) Primarily hunt the missouri river breaks and the rest of eastern montana. So wide range of temps and often wind. Also i have a bunch of merino baselayers as well as under armor so can help layer with that stuff. Already have mountain pants and gloves from last year and they are in the open country pattern. So will stick with that plus it fits my landscape well anyways.
My potential thoughts:
-Core lightweight (or midweight?) long sleeve
-kelvin active jacket (better option than a traverse?)
-jetstream jacket (probably in brown so i get more use out of it.)
Would that cover most everything??
Thanks for any help!!!
