I can hardly contain my excitement for archery in 16e. It's been four years since I have drawn elk in NM. Who else has an early NM archery elk tag?
Archrey elk season in two weeks....who else is excited?

I'm heading to CO for my first elk hunt three weeks from today. I can't wait either!

I dont have an early archery tag but I do have a NM rifle tag. Will have to wait 2 months for my hunt tho.
Why is it every year I cannot wait until it gets here only to find myself wishing I had a little more time to have everything ready to go? It always works out, but seems like I feel rushed the last couple weeks before I head West!

I hear you Redman. If only I could get my food packed for me. That's usually my hangup. Nonetheless, I'll be heading out for second archery season soon enough!
