Those are some nice bucks. What's a good length to look for on bucks? I think I have the other parts down by looking at them, but length is a little tricky.

The hulkish figure, fat face and little beady eyes, mean you have to magnify what appears to be on it's head. That was a good morning in Wyoming.
 
For me trying to judge an antelope from most pics is tough. I always way underestimate them in pics. A big goat on the hoof stands out. Trying to tell an 85" goat from an 88" is beyond my abilities.
 
This thread confirmed one thing; I can't judge these things worth a shyt.

That heavy bastard is deceiving. But sure looks sweet when he's on the ground.

I guess the one positive take away from this is that good and great bucks sometimes get passed by guys thinking they are short on length, but in reality the head/body size and mass hide the length. Thanks for the pics guys.
