I am going to be heading out to Camp crook SD in Noverber and hoping add Mt to that list , Not sure if I should go with the Merino or the Core Heavyweight Zip-T, I was thinking to have a Core Lightweight Hoody and a Jetstream jacket and add either the Merino or the Core if I got cold, I also have a Kelvin Lite Jacket for when I am sitting and glassing, which is better and why, Thanks for your help

I would look at the Core Merino as the shirt you have on no matter what instead of the hoody, and add additional layers as needed. The beauty of the Merino is that it doesn't stink and it regulates your body temp. The synthetics do a great job insulating, but can't compare with Merino against the skin, IMO. I can think of very few instances hunting in the last decade where I didn't have a 1/4 zip long sleeve merino top on, even when it was over 80 degrees.
