This is a great idea, my fathernlaw started my brothernlaw on PP in CO as soon as he could and at age 30 my brother in law was able to hunt unit 10 for elk and some great antelope units as well.

Does anybody know what the new cost for preference points ended up at for each species? Did it hit the $75 cap for elk, deer, and antelope?

No changes have been made on any of the PP fees at this time. The bill that passed just authorized the G&F to raise them at some time in the future with that price cap.

Its in proposed regs to raise them all by a few dollars.
For the record the legislation allows up to $150 for sheep and moose and up to $75 for deer, elk and antelope.
Sheep $103 (From $100)
Moose $77 (From $75)
Elk $52 (From $50)
Deer $41 (From $40)
Goat $31 (From $30)
