    Default Elk steak marinade

Here is a recipe we use once in awhile on elk and deer steak.
    1 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
Simmer all ingredients until sugar is dissolved and let cool
We soak our steaks 12 to 24 hours in fridge then grill

This could only make it better.
When all the trees have been cut down, when all the animals have been hunted, when all the waters are polluted, when all the air is unsafe to breathe, only then will you discover you cannot eat money.
