There are generally lots of leftover antelope tags in Wy units 22+23.

Seems like they usually refund within a few days after the draw results are posted when using a check card. I'm guessing a credit card would be about the same timeframe.

Be careful on 23, a lot of tags went to Type 2 and are PLO now.

I don't disagree.
I think all draws should be the day after the application period closes.
edit: NFL Draft style on National TV. I bet the states could sell advertising at a premium and we could get a hunting Mel Kiper and Todd McShay to break down and analyze the picks. I'd watch it, even if I didn't put in.

Man, I hope they are a day early. Second draw elk apps are due here on the 21st at 8 am. It would change how I proceed depending on draw results.
