So I ordered a barrel from E.R. Shaw for my Interarms Whitworth (read commercial Mauser).
284 Win
24" 1.5 contour
polished, blued
11degree recessed crown.
I'm really looking forward to building/shooting this. Have started gathering reloading supplies/equipment for it.
Planning on using the Nosler 150gr. ABLR.
Anyone shooting 284 Win?
What pressures are you loading for? I have found SAAMI at 56,000 PSI, CIP 63,817 PSI.
What powders are you using?
