How do you organize your gear?

I'm looking for advice/recommendations on how to organize my gear. Between hunting and fishing it's gotten pretty hard to find things. I don't have a garage but I have a shipping container on my property that I use for items that tempature isn't a concern. I use currently use large plastic bins but I need improvement. Thanks

Very interested. My stuff is scattered. We have started on a plan to organize it, but sure would like to hear from others.

I built a set of drawers in the platform of the mattress of my guest bedroom. It's about equivalent of four large rubbermaid totes and fits 3 uncompressed sleeping bags in one drawer. That helps me a lot. The rest goes in the closet, and shelving in the garage. I still have a mess from time to time, but drawers help.
