Just looking to get clarification as the website link shows this thing moved to federal lands subcommittee as of February 10th. I know Chaffetz said it was dead and withdrawn but once it has been assigned a number it looks like it is House property and whether the sponsor wants to withdraw it or not is out of the sponsor's hands. Does any one know where this stands or are these lands screwed?
