I just applied for WY antelope and had a couple dumb questions. We don't buy the $12.50 conservation stamp until after successfully drawing, correct? Also, I'm assuming, like most states, they automatically use our pref points you have available for an application. Is this true. I'm the party organizer and don't want to screw something up.
