Sitka CloudBurst Pants and Jacket, whar are your thoughts

I currently have the TimberLine Pants and JetStream Jacket with the Kelvin Lite pants and jacket. I was thinking that the cloudburst would be my rain gear that would go over the TimberLine and Kelvin, Not sure if I should buy a size bigger than the TimberLine, what are your thoughts?

I use the same size rain gear as I do outer wear. I think they size it knowing it will be over the top of other layers.
