Got a question about ALL the houses along this river in the Natl Forest section all the way up the drainage. How does this happen ? Was turkey hunting about 25+ up from Big Timber & still lots of houses ? Such a beautiful area except for the houses. How do you get to the river to fish as well?

As far as I know those cabins are on private land. There is a possibility that they are on forest service leases.
You can get on the river at the fishing access points, public land, or from the road right of way

Good to hear sounds like you had some luck. I on the other hand can find them but cannot kill one
Was there a big wait for the construction?
No lines on Monday. Did not seem to be working that day, however I did not get up there until after 3 PM. Saw birds on private around Big Timber on N side of river. Was really surprises to see them that far up. Don't know how to attach pics. Too old , dumb, & not computer savy. Guess I did figure it out!
