Just finished a semi DIY accurization project. One of the changes was new Talley Lightweight scope mounts. I have a set of Talley fixed steel 1" rings and extended front/standard rear steel bases that accommodate a Remington 700 and 50mm objective bell that I'd like to get rid of. I would think they'd be ok for a 44mm...might be a little high for some's tastes for 40mm.
