Heading to Augusta

Me n my wife r heading up west of Augusta next week for around a week. Going to be staying in my buddies cabin on the front. Planning on doing some hiking, fishing, shed hunting. Curious if any morels will be out n possibility of any bear activity yet? Can get a bear tag n stay longer if need be. Also any help/advice on hunting morels would be appreciated, never done it.

Be careful on number 12. Looks innocent enough but lots of folks hit it in the water. Long is not good either

Make sure you can tell the difference between a Grizzly or a Black bear. Good luck!

Between now and 11:59 AM on May 15, shed hunting at the game range should be superb.
