Snow melt

Hey Montana guys,
How the snow melt coming out there in the Cabinets/yaak? I'm still showing 6+ ft. I'm starting to get a plan B mountain range just in case. Coming out end of May so still some time.

Yes, you guys have timed it right imo.

Snowpack is starting to come off and weather is getting warmer next week.

The snotel at the North Fork of the Jocko show's 93 inches today. It is west of Seeley at 6330 ft in elevation. Kraft creek is at 0 inches in the Seeley Swan valley. The travel plan opens the roads May 1st but I think most will be closed due to snow or soft road beds. I've heard of a few bears out but have not seen any myself. Mid May should be good around here but keep in mind up north had more snow than we did.
