I bought it a few years ago. It does have the Horizontal Component Distance feature.
I mainly used it for shooting a 3D archery course since it goes down to 11 yards and up to 1,000 yards. For Christmas, my wife got me a new Leica Rangefinder to use for long range shooting practice and I don't need two of them so I'm selling this one.
