A heads up for eager young turkey hunters ...
For sale tomorrow (Friday, Mar. 24): A very small surplus amount (15) of spring turkey tags for youth hunters 12-15 (and apprentice hunters 10-15). These are 399-21 permits valid in Beaverhead, Broadwater, Gallatin, Jefferson, Lewis and Clark, Madison, Park, and Silver Bow counties for Apr. 8 - May 21.
These can be purchased online starting after 5 a.m. http://fwp.mt.gov/hunting/licenses/ (choose apply online and look for the option to buy "surplus" licenses).
When they're gone they're gone!
