1st Shed of 2017

Here in Southern Colorado, antlers don't drop very early in the Spring. I was out cruising around on my horse today though, and riding through a Wintering area, when this small 5 pt. got in our way.
Always fun to find'em.

Awesome, nice find!
I found my first shed of 2017 yesterday and well its not the biggest shed I've ever found

Nice! Always fun to find them when you aren't expecting it. I was going to wait until the first week of April to start looking since normally the elk don't drop very early here like you said. I may need to check out one of my lower elevation spots a little earlier since the snow has all melted.
