I already have a Garmin 62S but would like a new unit for upcoming NM hunt. I have a Garmin 62S. Cabelas has a deal on them right now. Which one and why? I like the bigger screens. Any experiences would be appreciated.

I have both the oregon and Montana. I like my montana for the bigger screen, but it is also a bigger, heavier unit. Now that I need glasses to see things up close the Montana works better for me. Plus I have a car mount and can use it while driving.

I have the Monterra and Oregon 650T and 62S.
For out of state hunts I prefer the Oregon 650T and its longer battery life. I use the Monterra at home where charging every night is no big deal. I use my GPS quite a bit more when out of state as Im generally 100% unfamiliar with the area so battery consumption is more paramount than screen size, the smaller weight and footprint is a bonus as it rides on my bino harness.
