    it looks like the grilling may come to an end for a few days, with this next front coming. We eat deer, elk etc., nearly every day in some form or another. I just finished a batch of goose summer sausage that really turned out good. I am always hungry for wild stuff!

    I made a batch of Moose stew yesterday....it's even better today. I just hate waiting 20+ years between Moose meals.

    Had elk spaghetti bake Thursday and last night was deer enchiladas. Tonight will be whatever they are serving at the RMEF banquet with my three boys.

    I just made canned deer/ vegetable soup, but pretty sure a picture of it would not be nearly as impressive as the pics on this thread. Great pics!

    Homemade antelope sweet Italian sausage pizza, turned out to be a huge hit! Glad I made 15 lbs. of the sweet Italian, it's going to go fast. Good thing I have another lope tag to fill!
