Has anybody ever done this program? I am a non resident that is interested in this. I have read their website ( https://wildlife.utah.gov/dedicated-hunters.html ) but was wondering if there was any pros and cons to this. Also can't find and draw odds yet. Thanks for all your help!

I am in it right now. For me, the biggest benefit is being able to hunt multiple weapon seasons. Seems like I found the draw odds on the DWR site; I'll post a link if I find it. I found it increased my odds a bit. I like the service hours aspect as well. Depending on expectations, the only potential down side is only being able to fill your tag 2 out of the 3 years in the program.

I don't like that part either. If I remember right, you can purchase some, but not all hours. I don't recall the cap.
