Any suggestions on what bear unit in WYO. would be best suited for spot and stalk hunting? Spring or fall?

The thing you have to be careful of on the Wyoming Bear hunts is the quotas. If a female quota is hit, then the hunt area closes. It would be good to have a back-up area in mind.

I got my Question answered by the game biologist. the problem now is they are all in grizzly country and i wouldn't go their alone. Anyone interested? outfitters want to dam much money. I can get a goat hunt for that much money.

Go to north carolina around columbia they can be up to 700 lb and it's over the counter

I use to do a spot and stalk hunt in Wyoming in the spring. We would usually see one to two bears a week. Tough hunt depending on the weather, shed hunters and other people.
