I have what you referred to as adult onset hunting and the good news about that is that I have been able to learn everything that I have learned about hunting with my son who is now 11. Living in Eastern Washington, we are really limited to what opportunity he has to hunt Bull Elk (our season is true spike only), and I am looking for other hidden gems out there for him as this application season he will turn 12 and be able to hunt more states. We have been digging through gohunts website looking for units to apply but then I was listening to one of your early podcasts and you talk a little about Youth opportunities in New Mexico but what other great opportunities are out there for Youth hunters that we are missing? As you are doing the podcasts on different states, could you throw in some information on Youth opportunity for elk?
